The apartment is reasonably spacious, has marvellous location within walking distance of the city center. Staff is always helpful and very good. Building is very good, everything is fairly clean.

Magnificent, unbeatable setting close to boat stop, and water bus. Recently refurbished and cosy rooms with a safe, a big bathroom and a fold out love seat in the kitchen. Very good and helpful staff.

Great location near the train station and within walking distance of key tourist places. the convenience of being able to carry our bags to the property without having to pay for an expensive water taxi was a huge plus. the property itself was clean and up to our standards, with a helpful property manager who met us upon arrival.
. The lack of Wi-Fi was a disappointment, especially as it was advertised as an amenity.

We had a great value for our money at Venezia Residence. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of sleeping options. The location was perfect, with a nice square and restaurants just a minute away, and we were able to easily walk to all of Venice. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us advice on getting around and making sure we had a smooth check-in process.
The breakfast could have been better with more variety of options.
